Pricing
Clear starting prices for contractor web design, local SEO, and Local Services Ads management — with what's included and what's separate.
Straightforward pricing for the work that helps you book more of the right projects. One foundation, required software to run it, and optional ongoing services — no invented packages or hidden tiers.

What affects your final quote
Starting prices reflect a typical foundation. Your final scope depends on the specifics of your business and market.
Common pricing questions
Is the $197/month subscription optional?+
No. It's required after the Contractor Boost Foundation is implemented because it's the software, hosting, and systems that keep the installed infrastructure running. It does not include ongoing Local SEO management or Google advertising management — those are separate services.
How long does the foundation take?+
The full Contractor Boost Foundation generally takes 60–90 days from onboarding through complete implementation, depending on how quickly access, materials, and approvals are provided, and on Google's own verification queues. It's a process estimate, not a fixed promise.
Is Google advertising spend included in LSA Management?+
No. Google advertising charges are separate and paid directly to Google. The LSA Management fee covers ongoing campaign management, budget and service-area review, lead review, and reporting — not the ad spend itself.
What affects my final quote?+
Website size and page count, number of services and target markets, market competitiveness, existing online infrastructure, advertising categories and geographic coverage, integrations and technical complexity, and any additional custom functionality. Scope and page count are established during the sales process.
Are the advanced Sales Conversion automations included in the foundation?+
No. The Advanced Contractor Sales Conversion System is a separately scoped service for contractors already using a structured sales process and compatible software. Capabilities depend on software compatibility, access, data quality, and agreed scope.
What happens if I want to cancel the software subscription?+
You'd establish your own replacement software and hosting infrastructure, provide a qualified technical point of contact, and coordinate the transition with us. The installed systems can't continue operating unchanged without the software subscription. Specific cancellation terms (including notice periods) are governed by the approved Terms.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?+
No. We build a credible foundation and connect the pieces, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, Google approvals, lead counts, or signed contracts. Google controls eligibility, approval, advertising placement, and ranking.
